The parents of this beautiful litter "Keisha vom Haus Barett" and "Yazoo vom Haus Barrett"

The three Barretts "Felix", "Fellow" and "Fala"

Fellow, 9 weeks old

and his sister "Fala"

The four above pictures show the puppy "Fellow". We have decided to bring him home with us to Germany. He does favor his grandfather "Buddy vom Kuckucksland" when it comes to his masculine head, his expression and his bone structure. Maybe one of these days he will be able to enrich the "House and Team Barrett breeding"

A BIG CONGRATULATION to our friend Carol and her wonderful girl "Kai - calling name". Carol`s dream finally came true. She presented her five year old "Keisha vom Haus Barrett" in the highest class "working class" at the USA Conformation Siegershow and received the title "V1" In order to be able to show a dog at this show, he or she has to show a very good performance in schutzhund. Kai sure passed this criteria.

If we look at the pictures way below on this page we see, that Kai was very small compared to her brother. Hundemama believed in her, because at that time she showed already great potential when it came to her preydrive, so she recommended this cute little puppy to her friend "Carol". Carol had been waiting for quite a while to finally receive her little girl. Kai grew up into a very nice female with all the potential we can think of in a GSD. From the start she did show special potential in schutzhund work, so Carol started to train her once she passed one year. Kai and now our little Champ have the same sire for a Dad, the wonderful sire "Buddy vom Kuckucksland". Kai is special for what kind of a dog she is and how she does perform and little Champ is special, because he is the last progeny of "Buddy vom Kuckucksland"

Carol is so proud of her two Barrett. Keisha and Viggo, a son of Yakko and Hera. They are best friends

Just a few weeks have went by since this picture was taken. Keisha looks so much older already. She sure has that "big head" from her Dad. What a beautiful girl!

Puppies have been in their new homes a few weeks

On the day of the pick up

Carol is so happy

It looks like she feels very comfortable

The elderly girl is taken good care of her

11th, February 2013

Puppies are close to 8 weeks old

These puppies might not be the biggest puppies

at this time, but they are sure one of the fastest and alert puppies

The past has shown us, that

the Dorcas puppies usually grow more slow, than puppies

out of other litters, but they are very fast, which make them great schutzhund dogs

In the last few days it has been snowing here in Germany

We always have to be careful, because it is known, that puppies

love to eat snow and it can mess their stomach up

Our fisty girl Keisha, she looks so much like Buddy, has the same dark mask and we are pretty sure, that this mask will stay dark

Kiro

We see a lot of potential in both puppies

We hope, that we will stay in contact with their new owners, since Keisha and Kiro are Dorcas last puppies, before she will be retired

Puppies are six weeks old

Yesterday for the first time

we gave Kiro and Keisha

a marrow bone

It can be seen,

that they enjoyed this bone together

It kept them busy for quite a while

These two pictures show our little Keisha

We know, that she will look a lot like Buddy

This is our boy Kiro

He sure is working with the bone

Keisha standing

Over the last three days

they had been given a dewormer

and today they are feeling much better again
