These following pictures show our	young dog Yakko

With the development of this just 16 months old male	we are very happy

He has a big bone structure and an extremely beautiful masculine head	This is his brother Yasso

Not only the dog has to be in good condition,	also the person, who is showing him

This is Vonny and Dennis	Vonny is just in the progress of changing his coat

We are also very proud of Yanka	She is a sister of Yasso and Yakko (above)

Xando is a very strong young male	He is a son of Nora and Tyson; extremely strong and big

Yasso, a son of Zaskia von Arminius and Tabaluga vom Steckenborn, came in 2nd place in his class	Yakko, the brother of Yasso, came in 4th place

Yanka, the sister of the ones above, came in 5th place in her class	It was a hot day and Holly became very thirsty

Olympia came in 5th place in her class.	Little Holly came in 4th place in Baby class

Pictures of the show from last Sunday, 26th of July 2009 in Pforzheim

We just showed our youngsters in the show this past weekend	This is "Babe", calling name Bacira

She is a 7 months old female out of the Buddy-line. She came in 3rd place	This is her brother Balou he came in 2nd place

He looks alot like Buddy	He also has a pretty dark mask

Everybody just loves their longhair GSD	Just relaxing in the sun

This is Yakko	A progeny from Zaskia von Arminius and our

famous sire "Tabaluga vom Steckenborn"	He is one year old and developed just great

He has everything,	what we are looking for in a beautiful longhair GSD

Pride, pigmentation, good bone structure,	masculine head and a very good body line

Full of energy	Look at this beautiful gait, a dream

He came in 2nd place in his class. He is one year old	This is Selina, she is training our young female "Angie" at this time. We will introduce her in a few weeks as a newcomer

Yakko with his part owner Norbert, who is also the owner of Grizzly	Marion who showed and took him to 2nd place

He is the grandson of our beloved "Gustl von der Köhlertanne"	Also a very proud dog, congratulations to his owner

Pictures of the show in Pfungstadt, which was held on the 23rd and 24th of May 2009

The show last weekend was a great success for House-Barrett dogs, not only a success, it was a very nice weekend. Dagmar was in charge of the show and the get-together-evening. She made sure that everybody had a good time with music, dance and games. Funny games as you can see on these pictures. People enjoyed this weekend so much, that they are hoping for a repeat next year. So Dagmar is thinking about having the yearly champion show of the ASVD in Pfungstadt next year. She will let everybody know, if and when it will take place.

Her two dams "Dorcas" and "Hera" received their breeding papers for lifetime, so did "Ike from House Barrett", a beautiful progeny from Zaskia and Savage. Dagmar is thinking about a litter with Ike and one of her dams in the near future. Which one it will be, she will announce at a later time. Another progeny from Tabaluga and Gina received his breeding papers also last weekend, the sire "Columbo from House Barrett". Dagmar is pretty sure, that he will be the sire of one of her planned litters in the future. He is a very beautiful male dog with a lot of hair. Ernie, a son of Gustl and Melody also received breeding papers.

Dagmar had bought two litte newcomers not too long ago from one of her breeder`s friends. Both young puppies made first place in the puppy class. The male puppy "Balou" and the female "Babe"(Dagmar calls her Bacira).

Tabaluga was shown in breeding class for the last time (he is already 8 years old). He came in 1st place and he also presented a great group of progeny on that day. Cindy, her almost 12 year old female (mother of Nora, Queeny, Hera and Gina) was shown in the senior class. During the showing of Tabaluga and Cindy two videos was taken. We will put both videos on that page very soon and also a link to view more pictures of this great weekend.

A friend of ours was so nice and made two video clips of Dagmar`s first show and placed them on "You Tube". Below are the two links. In the first video you will see our new puppies "Babe" and "Balou", then you will see the class of "Yasso" (came in first place), "Veith" (2nd) and "Yakko" (3rd) and a few other classes you will see. In the second clip at the end you will see the highest class, the breeding class. You will see "Tabaluga" coming in 1st place- Tabaluga`s calling name is "Jackson" and you will see "Buddy vom Kuckucksland" coming into 3rd place. You will see, that the dogs have to have a lot of indurcance to be able to enter in one of these shows.
