Planned events for training Barretts

Our Jango will be trained for a schutzhund title.

Our girl "Kokoi" will be trained for "breeding survey for lifetime" in summer

In spring/summer, we plan to present our two Barretts, Jackie and Jango, at a show in 2026.

A breakfast meeting for Barrett families is planned for spring (May) 2026. This will include puppy training and presentations on various training methods, from puppyhood to adulthood. Further details will be announced in March/April once the date is confirmed. The meeting will take place at our dog training place in Groß-Rohrheim

At this time we do not know, if another "Barrett-family" is willing to plan a Barrett-hiking tour in 2026. If we receive any information we will publish the info on this page.

We plan new puppies now in March and also puppies in fall/winter of 2026

The parents of each planned litter will be introduced on this page, once we know that the Mom is carrying. We do recommend to contact us as early as possible about upcoming planned litters

"Barrett-Breakfast" on May 30th, 2026

Our annual Barrett Breakfast this year was a great success. Over 20 people registered to attend with their Barretts. Even little "Furbo"—from our Koko-Champ pairing—stopped by for a visit with his family. He participated in the obedience exercises with remarkable confidence, simply trotting right along among the big dogs.


Thanks to our fellow club member Michel, we were able to conduct a group obedience session as well as a preparatory session for temperament testing. He also took the time to answer the many questions directed his way. Thanks to Torsten, we were also able to "test" the prey and play drives of several of the Barretts. All in all, it was a wonderful day. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to our local SV chairman for once again making the nice training place and clubhouse available to us. We hope to be able to host this gathering again next year. The date designated for the event will be published on our calendar page in January or February of the coming year.
