Last update on 14th of December 2025
Six months have already passed since we last posted
pictures of our two youngest. Jackie and Jango have
accomplished so much in that time. We are incredibly
proud of them both. |

These pictures of our Jackie and Jango
were taken spontaneously during a bike ride.
We are so happy to have these two offspring from the
Gino-Tyson line. Meanhile they have successfully passed
their BH (Begleithundprüfung - obedience dog trial)
and endurance tests.
We will soon create a separate page with a pedigree
for Jackie and Jango, as, if all goes well, they will
hopefully continue their unique bloodline next year.
How the genetics fall at times; we
believe that Jackie favors her Mom and Jango favors
definitely his Dad "Gino", when it comes
to expression, looks and pigmentation, playdrive. All
what we loved in Gino we have in him now
We believe, that this is destiny

Jango favors his Dad "Gino"
more and more. He just recently went through a coat
change. We believe that he will even look more like
him, once he got his new coat again. He sure acts like
his Dad. If he has a ball, no one can take it from
him
His HD and ED results came back: HD-normal,
ED fast normal
Now we can start training both of them
for BH and endurance trial |

Their first show. Jackie and Jango
both came in 3rd place. We are very proud of them |
|
24th of 2025 We are sooooo happy! Today we
received Jackie`s HD and ED results. Best results,
HD- and ED-normal. Now we can start with the training
of our youngest girl. Hopefully we will accomplish
all the requirements in 2025, which is needed for her
to become a "dam" and enrich our breeding
program for the next several years, starting in 2026.
We are so proud of our two youngsters, which mean a
lot to "Hundemama", because their grandfather
was our "Tyson vom Haus-Barrett". A dog which
Hundemama will never forget and she will carry him
in her heart forever. |

We are happy to announce that our two
youngsters, Jackie and Jango, recently successfully
passed their temperament assessments. Another hurdle
has now been overcome toward breeding. However, there
are still a few hurdles to overcome this year, such
as HD and ED x-rays, a show evaluation, BH testing
(for the first litter), and endurance testing. If we
can complete all of this within a year, nothing would
stand in the way of using them for breeding in 2026.
Since they are both grandchildren of "Hundemama`s
soul dog Tyson", they are something "special"
for her. It all began in 1996 with the Cindy-Orca dam
line, which was enriched with the wonderful Tyson sire
line in 2005. If nature is on our side, Dog Mama will
have another opportunity to breed "extraordinary
puppies" starting in 2026. Let us cross our fingers,
that her "dream will come true"

The above three pictures show the young
male "Jack". He is enjoying the snow. He
was the "runt" of the litter and has meanwhile
developed in such a beautiful dog |
|

|
|
Some of these pictures did not come
out that great, due to not so nice weather. But they
still show that Jango has developed very well |
|

|
|
Above pictures show him again in the
sunshine. Now we can see his beautiful expression and
his extreme deep and red pigmentation
"Hundemama" has registered
both dogs Jackie and Jango for an upcoming "temperament
test" in March. |
|

|
|
Our girl "Jackie" has also
developed into an extreme beautiful female. She does
favor her Mom very much, when it comes to size and
bone structure. We see already the great conformation,
she has |

We believe that the owner of "Jumper"
is also very pleased with his development. We hope,
that his owner will do everything, so Jumper could
enrich our breeding program in the near future as well.
But we are all still in the "hoping
modus", because they are still in the stage of
growing. Jackie might be border line, when it comes
to size. We hope, that her full size has reached and
she will not grow anymore.
We truly wish, that all three will
be able to enter our breeding program, one of these
days. We should know more by the end of spring.
But for now we have to be patient and
we will start preparing Jackie and Jango for the upcoming
"temperament test" in March |

he grew into a handsome young fellow |

June 22nd, 2024 It has been clorse to four
weeks since the puppies moved into their new homes,
except of our three puppies Jango, Jumper and Jackie.
They are staying with us for now. All puppies are doing
great. Our three love to play with our girl "Koko".
Mom Bacira does not do much with them any more. It
is up to "Hundemama" now to socialize them.
Three times a day she takes each of the puppies for
a walk by themselves, so they do get to know everything,
which they need to know in this world. This way they
build up more confidence. This is very important in
the first 8 weeks after they had reached an age where
they can go for walks. Usually we start with these
walks when they are 10 weeks old.

|
Above we see "little" Jack.
He was the "runt" of the litter. He is doing
very well, very intelligent he is and he was housebroken
from day once, according to his owner |

Above we see, Jango, Jumper and Jackie.
All three enjoy to be with Hundemama. She will start
taking them to the training place soon, just so they
can watch other dogs perform. Soon we will put a video
on youtube. This will show the three running after
the other Barretts during a play hour with their balls

Jipsy loves her ball, she is a very
playful puppy |

Our "little Jack" developed
into such a beautiful puppy. We call him "Gino
jr", because he looks so much like him |
"Big Jipsy" meanwhile moved
into her new home |

Josy with her new family. This picture
had been taken near the Niagara falls. For this family
Josy is their second "Barrett puppy"
We wish them the best and of course
lots of joy with her new girl! |
Jumper will stay within the family, but will be
raised at a friend`s house, so "Hundemama"
can give full attention to Jackie and Jango. All three
puppies show already lots of potential when it comes
to preydrive and smartness. Soon we will open up a
seperate page for Jackie and Jango |

|

|
|
This is our "runt" of the
litter. We are sure, that he will be little "Gino".
|
Here we see Jango. He reminds us of
the grandfather Tyson. He does not only look like a
Macho. He sure acts like one |
|

|

|
|
Jumper is not as bad as Jango, when
it comes to let everyone know, that it is not healthy
to mess with him |
Jackie is a very lifely. She has a
very high preydrive. It will be a MUST to train her
in any kind of way, once she is fullgrown. She is way
too smart to "just sit around" |
|

|

|
|
Jipsy is also a very dominant girl.
She only can go into a household with no other females |
Josy has a very nice temperament. She
does favor her Mom Bacira very much |

Meanwhile the girls have been picked
out, but not the boys yet, because Hundemama cannot
decide yet, which one she will keep. She wants to keep
a boy, which would favor either his Dad Gino or the
granddad Tyson. In order to find out more about the
character and temperament, she has to wait a little
longer to make this special decision, because all three
male puppies are excellent when it comes to conformation
and expression. Our little one has the most impression
at this moment. But to become a sire, he needs to have
a little more bone structure. Since he was the "runt"
of the litter and has picked up some over the past
weeks, she is hoping, that he will pick up over the
next weeks.
When it come to the girls, the decision
was easier. The one girl she will keep has a high prey
drive, is interesting in everything and very outgoing,
perfect temperament, when it comes to training later
on in life. She is wearing a blue collar. We can see
her resting her head on the pool and drinking out of
it and also with the shoe in her mouth. The other two
girls have also high quality, but one girl shows herself
very dominant towards her littermates, so she has to
go into a household with no other dogs. The third girl
has a very nice temperament and does favor her Mom
very much. Her new home will be in the US. We can see
her right under the girl carrying the shoe on the left
side. |

to find out more about their temperament. They do interact
